A cooking class in the heart of Ortigia, for those who want to discover the different origins of Sicilian cooking: the Arab, the Greek and the Spanish ones.

The Chef will teach you to prepare many Sicilian recipes, with ingredients coming both from the sea and the earth. You will discover the different origins of Sicilian cooking: the Arab, the Greek and the Spanish ones.
The class starts at Trattoria O’Scinà with the staff presentation at 9.30 am, and continues with the colouful experience of shopping at the Ancient Market of Ortigia, followed by the preparation of food and the final lunch with what you prepared during the course.
